The Barn is where Long Island growers, keepers, bakers and neighbors talk shop. A few things worth knowing: • Ask anything. No question about chickens, soil, canning or bees is too basic here. • Share what you have. Surplus zucchini, extra seedlings, a spare bale of straw — post it. • Events and workshops live in their own tabs at the top. RSVP so hosts know who is coming. • Selling something? Put it in the marketplace so buyers nearby can find it on the map. House rules are simple: be neighborly, keep it local, no spam, and no off-island resellers.
